Event Planning Form


  • REMINDER - 60 DAYS! To help support each ministry well and with excellence, we require submission at least 60 days prior to an event. If time requirement is not met, we are only able to reserve if available and NOT advertise. You may contact the admin team to see if space and dates are available before submitting an EPF (email admin@wonbyonechurch.org, call the office, or schedule a meeting). PLEASE DO NOT TEXT REQUESTS. Plan every detail BEFORE you submit. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE EVENT CHANGES, UPDATES, OR CANCELLATIONS. Please send an EMAIL using your EPF original EVENT TITLE. Please include ALL EVENT CHANGES/UPDATES. Admin will keep a record and make all necessary advertisement changes.
  • Email a separate event advertisement. (2-5 sentences). In the subject line of the email, please type ADVERTISEMENT and the EVENT NAME. In the body of the email, explain the who, what, where, when, and why. Include the following as needed: dates, location, cost, start time, registration details, deposit requirements, non-refundable disclaimers, deadlines, supplies, event contact name/email. We may need to edit for bulletin space, without compromising details.
  • Due to limited office hours and resources, all event promotions are at the discretion of the Admin Team. Many factors are involved in deciding the announcement medium(s) for your event. Thanks for your understanding.
