Eastham will be closed on Sunday, August 12th due to Family Camp. All are invited to join us on SATURDAY, August 11th. Arrive at 10:00am. There is a parking fee. You are welcome to stay for the day. We are getting ready for our Family Camp August 9TH -12th at Mt. Hood Village RV Resort in Welches Oregon! We are so looking forward to building relationships and having fun together! Even if you are not actually camping for the weekend, you are welcome to come visit us for the day(ANY DAY). We have provided a few day camper details to help you plan and prepare. Please be sure to read this email in its entirety so you are fully informed.
Day Camper Information
We want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible as a day camper and want you to be fully informed, as well as included. You of course have the option to use your friend or families camp site as a base, but keep in mind we have a community site for you to, store your coolers and chairs! Lunch and Dinner will not be provided, please come prepared with meals. Feel free to bring your small grills or camp stove and cook up some hot dogs, hamburgers or your favorite camp meal.
Everyone is welcome to participate in S’mores War, & Talent Show, as well as all activities. Please contact Bridget for information and how we can help you get set up to cook, while at camp. We are so excited to see your s’mores creations!!!

6pm Dinner (B.Y.O.D, Bring Your Own Dinner)

There will be no BBQ competition, or community potluck as previously planned, unfortunately we do not have any team members to lead these events.
NO PARKING on the road in our loop. Extra vehicles MUST be parked in the overflow parking lot for $5.00 a day. This fee can be paid directly to the campground!
There is no childcare at family camp, teens are NOT available for childcare. Parents are responsible for supervising their own children unless they have worked out alternate arrangements with other adults.
Everyone will be gathering together by 1:40 and the festivities will start at 2pm. The Theme this year is red white and blue, America the beautiful!!
